The time-point-sequencer

timepoint is an object that followed the older 4.5/4.6 "timeline" Now there is a global transport and you can give in whatever timepoint to trigger at that moment whatever you want.

The sequencer really needs just to be started and to be stopped. The joystick takes over: trigger (1) starts, rubber (18) stops

the principal sequencer function

you build a row of timepoint commands and connect them to what you want to be done at that distinct time

if you want to change the time and order, it is good to build an extra patch with collect presets. They can change the timepoints. Within the collect you can form several rows of trigger-times. To swap from one row to another the joystick helps with activating the counter.
